Cancellation Policy
If at all possible please reschedule at the earliest convenience possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation/reschedule within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the booked services. Same day cancellation/reschedule will result in a 100% charge of the services to be able to rebook. If you happen to no show/no call for a scheduled service, you will not have the option to rebook.
